How Much More Pain Can I Bear?

I would probably guess this would be my 7th episode since March when I did a marsupialization surgery, and if it isn't the 7th that I'm on now because I've completely lost track of keeping the count since of late. But that is only a tally for this year only.
I've had around 8 other episodes since I was 15. Only now for this year where usually I'd wait a week for it to swell to a decent size of a large marble it has been severely reduced to 2 days of swelling and discomfort to sit, walk or even to laugh to a really funny joke.
I am utterly disgusted at the amount of times I've tried discussing with the many doctors (mostly gynecologists, one of which is female) how I truly wish to NOT go through with this ever again when I came across the knowledge of having the glands itself removed. Several attempts of requesting this (though costly) surgery method to be scheduled but declined to try a different method. Cut and drain have been my routine ever since if it wasn't to be sent home on antibiotics and painkillers for the next couple of days along with salt baths.
Countless of times I've heard them preach  "With this method, chances are it won't occur again" and for those countless times my chart at these so called who-should-know-better-but-cant-provide-an-answer "gynecologists", my condition is STILL classified as Recurrent Bartholin Gland Cyst which clearly does NOT prove your method successful.

I'm at boiling point now where I get depressed the moment I see the symptoms which have become a part of my "Things to look forward to" list.
How can you simple minded doctors see a problem and still choose to play God with people's health, let alone the trust they have in you as their doctors?
If the patient says they NEVER want to go through with it again why not sit them down and discuss what they are asking for, the risks they are willing to take and simply not just to send them home with the prescription that they've memorized by now like its a life long medication they would take like a patient who is diagnosed with I don't know -- diabetes or AIDS?!

I would like to believe that perhaps you don't have that amount of patients with the same problem to consider it a crisis if you're going to treat them like children who think they don't what they're talking about when it comes to the pain they go through. Please entertain some other crazy person who would sit and be enthused with a conversation that would make "just wait it out and it will go away on its own" seem as exciting as the president throwing a few curse words on live tv. And no we're not Vicodin junkies because the pain is that unbearable! Listen buster, I had a Voltaren shot to my ass cheeks and that still hadn't helped with the pain! Would you like a demonstration if we took our knees to your testicles just to compare SLIGHTLY to how painful it really is?

So anyways, when it comes to using the bathroom which by the way is hell all to itself. But how long can we really avoid having to urinate until your PC muscles can no longer assist in our "smart" scheme? So we cut down on fluids. Oh wait, but we can't because we have to take our meds -- with liquid!

Sure I've had 2 or 3 out of the many episodes that came and went on its own without doctor's visit. At that time I believed my doctor's word. But having a recurrence on the same side on which you've operated on? I wish I had recorded you so I can sue you now!

Ugh...
Discontinuing this post, I'm too upset.
